Gmc Doors Locking Unlocking

Doors unlock and lock on their own while driving oct 10 2013 3 24pm so i went in to a local auto body shop i know the owners and they had done work on the truck for me last year.
Gmc doors locking unlocking. Doors unlock and lock while driving down the road 13 answers. When you open the door it auto unlocks. The lock and unlock relays are in the left i p fuse block which is located in the lower part of the left drivers side dash under a traingle shaped cover. Service stabilitrak and traction control warnings will come on.
Radio will make a pop sound when brake is hit. If a door isn t fully closed or the sensor goes the car thinks you re constantly closing and opening the doors. I have had a lot of problems recently with my 2007 gmc sierra slt crew cab 4x4. They are black relays and they are right next to each other.
While im drivnig down the road in my 2003 silverado 1500 and when i have the cruise control on the doors lock and unlock and the truck disables the cruise control for at least 5 min. Rpm and mph gauges will turn off an on. Not long after one goes the other one will go too. When you close the door because you re driving it auto locks the door.
I had that exact issue a couple weeks back when i closed the passenger seatbelt in the door. The headlights and dome lights will flash when i hit my brake. With passive unlocking enabled the doors will unlock when pressing the button on the door handle. The turn signals will flash four times to indicate that passive unlocking is now enabled.
If you are going to replace one i would just do them both.
